Who can leave a review on DogBuddy?
Only dog owners who have completed a booking with a sitter can leave a review, so all reviews are based on a service booked and paid through DogBuddy. No reviews can be left if the booking was cancelled or didn’t take place.
Guidelines for owners
- Review the service received: reviews are aimed to reflect dog owners’ personal experience regarding a dog sitting/care service provided by a sitter, so please avoid leaving reviews motivated by reasons not related to the service itself (e.g. discounts, cancellation policies, matters arisen after the booking was completed or due to personal differences).
- Be respectful: We don’t allow offensive, obscene, threatening, harassing or discriminatory content nor content that violate the sitter’s privacy.
- Be clear and concise: You can write a maximum of 200 words
- Rate and review responsibly: Reviews and ratings are very important to maintain trust and safety in the community and it also affects sitters’ reputation and ranking.
DogBuddy reserves the right to edit or remove any content that considers inappropriate at its sole discretion.
Can I edit or delete a review?
If you want to edit/remove a review that has already been published contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to edit a review please send us the new review or indicate the changes you want to make. If you want to delete a review you need to provide the precise reasons why you want to have the review removed, then DogBuddy will consider your request and make a decision about it.
