Yes, sitters can specify their preferred drop-off and pick-up times for Dog Boarding and Day Care.
In the web, you can see those times on the sitter’s listing when you select a service, under the calendar. The times will appear in the Times and More Info section:
In the apps, you will see then when selecting your booking dates or when checking their availability.
What if I have different needs?
No worries! The times are indicative and if you have different needs, simply send the sitter a message detailing when you would like to drop-off and pick-up your dog. The sitter can then pre-approve your booking so you can pay online as usual.
What if the sitter doesn’t specify their drop-off and pick-up times?
It means that the sitter is mostly flexible and you should mention your time requirements in your message to arrange details directly.
What happens if I collect my dog late?
If you collect your dog late (after the arranged pick-up time), the sitter has the right to ask you for a supplement for the extra time. Think of it as late check-out in a hotel.
Is Dog Boarding not for 24h periods anymore?
Dog Boarding continues to be an overnight service, same as a hotel or any other overnight accommodation. This means that if you book dog boarding for consecutive days, your booking is valid for the whole period between the drop-off and the pick-up moment (not only for the night or day). On the last night, your dog might be at the sitter’s home slightly less or more than 24h (just as it happens in a hotel).
