When a listing status is "limited", it is still active but is not visible in search results.
Existing customers can still book through your listing. You can still share your dedicated listing url with dog owners so they can book with you.
We regularly limit listings that are underperforming. Typically, underperforming means that you have received several enquiries or direct bookings from different owners but have mostly not been available (i.e. have not pre-approved or confirmed the majority). We limit listings' visibility temporarily to give the opportunity to other dog buddies that are more available.
What can you do to have your listing fully active again?
As a principle, we need to see that you are generally more available and interested in looking after dogs.
The easiest ways to show us this are:
- Get an existing customer to rebook with you
- Bring a new customer on board and get them to book through your dedicated listing link.
- Update your calendar weekly
- Download our iOS or Android app (if you haven't already!)
After completing 3 or more of these suggested actions, contact our support team indicating that you would like to be fully active again at email@example.com. We can then review your specific case and improvements and inform you of a possible re-activation.
