Leaving a review is easy.
Four hours after your booking is completed, you'll receive an email asking you to leave a review for your sitter.
By clicking on the button in this email you'll be sent to a page where you can leave the sitter a star rating and review. You can also leave a review through your Dashboard (by clicking on the review message) or by finding the booking through Bookings & Messages.
In the apps
Four hours after your booking is completed, you'll be able to leave a review for the sitter by opening the booking on the app through the Inbox (the "Bookings" section). After you've opened the booking, you'll be asked to leave the sitter a star rating and review.
- The window to leave a review is 14 days after the booking has ended
- Sitters can leave a public reply to your review
