If the owner has made a Direct Booking with you, you can confirm by clicking on the Accept button in the Bookings & Messages section (called Bookings in the apps). We recommend that you download the free iPhone or Android app - this way, you'll get immediately notified and you can accept or decline quickly (which is the best way to boost your listing's ranking in the search results). Remember that Direct Bookings expire in 24 hours and the owner has pre-paid for this booking and is waiting for your immediate reply.
If the owner has sent you an Enquiry for specific dates, you can Pre-approve the booking by clicking on "Pre-approve" in the Bookings & Messages section (called Bookings in the apps). The owner will then be notified to access the booking through their DogBuddy account and pay.
If you've made an agreement about some dates with an owner but they haven't sent you a booking request yet, you can send them a Custom Booking by finding them in your contacts list and specifying the price. As with a pre-approved Enquiry, the owner will then be notified to access the booking and pay.
