If an owner offers to pay you in cash, remind them that the booking will not be covered by veterinary or public liability insurance, and our Support team won't be able to help out if something goes wrong.
If they insist, please direct them to contact us at email@example.com so we can solve any doubts about how DogBuddy works, or contact us directly to help resolve the issue.
We also work hard to prevent fraud, which often happens in the form of an owner offering to pay in cash, by bank transfer or money wire. Please report those cases to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: accepting cash payments is a direct violation of our Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate and permanent removal from DogBuddy as well as a fine of £500.
