A sitter's response rate is a percentage of the messages they've responded to, from the total they've received.
You can find a sitter's response rate under the Credentials section on their listing. We regularly review sitter profiles and deactivate sitters with a low response rate. When you're browsing for sitters to contact, we recommend taking a look at their response rate and the response time listed right underneath, to get an idea of how quickly the sitter is likely to respond to your request.
Making a Direct Booking (Book Now) with a sitter is an immediate way to show that you need to book their services, so sitters have to accept or decline within one day. Enquiries (Send a Message) on the other hand, are not as firm a commitment, so sitters might take a little longer to respond.
Please note: sitters with no confirmed bookings will not have a response rate displayed.
