This entirely depends on what stage your booking is in:
- If you've sent an Enquiry or a Direct Booking that is not yet confirmed, no money has been taken from your card. You can simply cancel the request. In the case of a non-confirmed Direct Booking, the pre-authorisation placed on your credit/debit card will be automatically released and no charge will be made.
- If you have a confirmed booking but the booking hasn't started yet, you can cancel the booking and then the sitter's cancellation policy will apply, refunding you automatically the appropriate amount (read here about cancellation policies)
- If your booking is in progress or already completed, you will need to contact our Support Team at 0333 344 1993 or email@example.com to request a refund.
