Don't worry! Dog owners often send Enquiries to a few sitters at a time in their area to check their availability and whether they can accommodate their dog. Make sure to add a personal message when you pre-approve an Enquiry, to let the owner know that you understand their requirements and you're happy to host their dog.

If you write a message and then click on the "Pre-approve" button, the message will not be sent. Always check that your message has been sent before leaving our website or app.
